Sales Operations Analyst – 260310-16

Kaseya is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the increasing growth in Kaseya business, responsible for processing incoming customer orders and ensuring commercial compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Interest in technology
• Prior work experience within order management and/or order fulfillment
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility in schedule as needed to support business demands such as Quarter-End close, new product releases, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ – a plus
• Team player comfortable working cross-functionally both within, and without the finance department
