We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in streamlining our sales processes and driving data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the sales team by generating reports and dashboards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting processes.
- Optimize CRM workflows and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
