We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our GTM team and own the systems, processes and insights that enable scalability, clarity and productivity. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll support sales operations initiatives to drive performance across the sales organization. This role is suited for a detail-oriented, process-minded professional, with experience in sales strategy, analytics and CRM systems and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Help establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into sales performance
- Partner with sales leadership on pipeline and forecasting analysis
- Design and execute deal desk processes and quote-to-cash workflows
- Provide strategic data-driven insights into GTM performance across the sales lifecycle
- Support territory planning, quota-setting and incentive compensation processes
- Drive adoption of CRM and other sales tools by ensuring ease of use and data integrity
- Identify, design and roll out improvements to sales workflows and processes
- Project manage key initiatives in close partnership with GTM leadership
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft (LeanData and Clari a plus)
- Highly analytical and comfortable building reports and dashboards (Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bias to action, with a get-stuff-done mentality
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and RevOps strategy a plus
