We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to unlock growth and efficiency across the go-to-market team. This isn’t your conventional SalesOps role – you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, acting as a multiplier to remove friction and scale our ability to sell. You’ll have visibility into our go-to-market motion end-to-end and touch all aspects of the business covering the buyer journey of enterprise software customers from interest to impact.
You’ll own the foundation and infrastructure our go-to-market strategy is built on, mapped to each stage of the funnel. Your work will help shape how we deploy our rep time, build new territories, segment leads, measure outcomes, define KPIs, design automations, and capture readings on the heartbeat of the business.
What you’ll do
- Be the operational partner for Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing. Build trusted partnerships and fuel their workflow execution with better reporting, automations, and analysis
- Own key operational rhythms and processes that support the team’s execution and data hygiene: forecast reviews, weekly operating cadence, territory planning, and performance reviews
- Build and evolve go-to-market systems and tools from pipeline generation to renewal, upsell, and expansion
- Lead reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and other tools to manage day-to-day operations and inform decision making
- Bring a product mindset to the go-to-market experience: identify bottlenecks across the funnel, be a voice of the user, and focus on creating leverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, BizOps, and Product to align on company strategy, forecast expectations, and technical implementation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales Operations experience and building systems for high-growth B2B SaaS organizations
- Experience administering Salesforce and driving reporting, workflows, and automations end-to-end. Experience with Outreach/Zapier/Looker a plus
- Strong interest in designing beautiful, simple systems that drive outcomes
- You think systems-first and can navigate across data, process, tooling, and change management comfortably
- You’re curious, structured, and have a high quality bar to take on high-impact projects across the company while sweating the details
- You are excited to build from 0 → 1 and have a growth mindset
