Sales Operations Analyst (Contract)

Job Description:

We are looking for a contract Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales team as we continue to scale. The person in this role will support daily reporting and metrics, and assist with Sales team productivity by managing the tools, systems, and processes that drive our inbound and outbound motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Leadership with performance metrics and business insights
  • Monitor and maintain Salesforce data quality
  • Manage and improve sales systems and processes (including Salesforce, Salesloft, LeanData, and others)
  • Assist with territory management and team structure analysis
  • Support incentive compensation analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, CS, and Biz Ops

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Operations or related role
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
  • Location: Remote
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
