We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Contract) who is deeply analytical, loves streamlining processes, lives in dashboards and models, and knows their way around Salesforce, Excel, and automation tools. We’re building the next revolution in how B2B revenue organizations work—and this role is critical to take both our operations and growth efforts to the next level.
This is a US-based remote contract position through the end of 2024 (with a possibility to extend) reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations with close collaboration across RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product/GTM teams.
What you’ll do:
- Define and measure KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support GTM excellence
- Architect, optimize and execute core revenue processes, reports, data flows, and tooling across the GTM stack: Salesforce, Hubspot, Airtable, Gong, Zapier, Mixpanel, and more
- Help guide RevOps and cross-functional teams with critical analytics and insights
- Build out strategic planning and forecasting models (e.g. cash flows, funnel/unit economics, sales capacity, demand models, attribution, conversions) to support high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive revenue-centric initiatives, analytics, and GTM tooling
- Support daily operations across the GTM lifecycle including training, enablement, documentation, experimentation, reporting, and QA
You should:
- Be deeply analytical, process obsessed, and data fluent—able to drive KPIs, insights, and action across GTM and RevOps teams
- Be comfortable creating advanced dashboards, models, reports, and automations across Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and other GTM tools
- Enjoy working across the user journey with exposure across Marketing, Sales, and Success ops
- Have a few years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally in SaaS or B2B companies
- Be a creative thinker, fast learner, and hands-on executor with an appetite to dive into Streaks, Zapier, Hubspot, Airtable, Mixpanel, and more
- Support GTM, RevOps, and Founders with high-quality insights and processes that create leverage and revenue impact
