Sales Operations Analyst III

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, GTM Operations, Data, and Finance teams to drive business insights and improve performance
  • Help establish Sales Operations as a “Source of Truth” regarding sales performance
  • Support weekly forecasting process and pipeline reviews to provide insights and commentary
  • Understand and advocate for sales requirements (across Sales tools, territory / quota setups, incentive structures, team resourcing) by working closely with DealHub leadership
  • Deliver short- and long-term data modeling to inform strategic decisions around Sales GTM investments
  • Support reporting and dashboarding requests
  • Help establish minimally-standard, scalable systems and processes to ensure data-driven Sales execution
  • Work across internal cross-functional stakeholders across the company

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy and/or Operations
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce; experience with SQL, Clari, and Looker a plus
  • Exceptional business judgment and strategic thinking
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-growth technology/SaaS company
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Data, and Product teams
