Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide visibility into team performance and flag early indicators of risk, inconsistencies, and anomalies
- Assist with reporting dashboards and field requirements for Salesforce and other connected tools
- Streamline manual workflows and processes as well as optimize the effectiveness of current systems and procedures
- Act as a liaison across Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Insights, IT, and Finance team requests
- Analyze GTM performance, conduct ad-hoc analyses and draw insights from data to improve performance and productivity
Requirements:
- Fluent business-level verbal and written Mandarin Chinese skills is a must
- 1+ years of experience as an analyst (Sales/Marketing/Revenue ops preferred)
- 1+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and knowledge of SQL is a plus
