About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant / Associate to join our team. As an integral member of our Sales Operations function, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our sales processes. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is early in their career and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An Italian speaking candidate is required for this specific role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of sales operations tools and systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ).
- Support data entry, data hygiene efforts, and report generation.
- Help with the creation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely updates of opportunities and pipeline information.
- Document sales processes and assist in training new team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and remove inefficiencies.
- Assist in preparing sales meeting materials and performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, operations, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in a sales or operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with data.
