Position Overview

The Sales Operations Assistant – Game Day Staff will serve as a liaison between the corporate partnerships and ticketing departments and the front office and serve as onsite support for home games at Soldier Field. This role is vital to the execution of both ticketed and corporate partner events on gamedays.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests as they enter club/suite spaces or premium seating areas at Soldier Field
  • Review and become familiar with seating manifests and event schedules in advance of gameday
  • Serve as a liaison between the corporate partnerships team and game attendees
  • Manage autographed memorabilia used for partner activation
  • Coordinate delivery of ticket and credential packages with internal stakeholders
  • Distribute incentives to prospective customers and internal sales team
  • Coordinate and manage in-game experiences for ticket sales activations
  • Participate in other gameday events including pregame and halftime events
  • Assist with visits to the Stadium by clients, customers, or staff when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be available for all 2024 Bears home games (10 games: 2 preseason and 8 regular season)
  • Possess a strong knowledge and passion for the Chicago Bears and the National Football League
  • Have dependable transportation and availability to arrive 4-5 hours prior to kickoff
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time in a stadium setting and ability to lift up to 25-lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat and cold

Duration

This is a part-time, seasonal position, and selected individuals must be available for all Chicago Bears home preseason and regular season games.
