Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales reports and dashboards
- Coordinate sales meetings and follow-up activities
- Track sales team KPIs and assist with performance analysis
- Manage CRM data entry and hygiene
- Support sales team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
