Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customers
- Ability to learn and work with various computer systems including EDI, AS400, and CRM platforms
