Sales Operations Coordinator, University Partnerships

We’re looking for an operationally-minded Sales Operations Coordinator to join our highly successful and mission-driven global Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

In this high-impact role, you’ll interface with University Partnerships leadership to support key business priorities while building processes and learning more about our growing business. Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales leadership by facilitating meeting cadences, committing to follow-throughs, and assisting with ad hoc projects and analysis.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to assess performance and support decision-making.
  • Maintain a library of tracking documents and templates to store, aggregate, and update data.
  • Improve process efficiencies and documentation for University Partnerships team-wide enablement tools and activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and support systems changes, updates, and issue resolution.

About You

  • 3+ years in sales operations, sales, or similar roles, within a high-growth tech or consulting environment
  • Excellent Salesforce.com and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with all levels across an organization
  • You’re a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently

Bonus Points

  • Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, SQL, Gong, Outreach, etc.
  • Education or ed-tech experience

About the team

You’ll be part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, which is embedded within the GTM organization. We support multiple functions by partnering with business leads, building efficient processes, stewarding systems and data, and uncovering business insights to drive productivity and impact.

This role will support the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, enabling the SVP of University Partnerships, three VPs of University Partnerships, and a growing sales management team. You’ll be exposed to multiple parts of the business and contribute directly to growth.
