Data Analyst – Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support our sales strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the sales team and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and tools.
• Support forecasting and pipeline analysis to help drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a sales operations environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
