We are seeking a Sales Operations Director who is passionate about driving strategic initiatives and optimizing sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a key partner to leadership and sales teams, supporting data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Lead and manage sales operations strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement systems and tools.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and trends.
- Identify process bottlenecks and optimize funnel conversion and pipeline velocity.
- Conduct forecasting analysis and develop robust cadences in partnership with Finance.
- Act as an administrator for Salesforce.com including process improvement and integration planning.
- Own development and coverage of compensation plans and quota setting process.
- Coordinate ongoing enablement alongside internal teams and leadership.
- Drive insights and influence leadership to take action and unlock growth.
- Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing operations team over time.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, ideally at a high growth B2B SaaS company.
- 3+ years of experience leading people, including strategic individual contributors or teams.
- Experience configuring Salesforce, including implementing workflows and best practices.
- Experience implementing or managing other sales tooling a plus (Clari, Outreach, Gong, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience and passion for GTM strategy, translating data into insights, and influencing senior leadership.
- Proven project management skills and ability to drive large-scale initiatives across functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
