Job Title: Sales Operations Excellence Business Partner – Image Guided Therapy Device System Sales (Remote)
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the long-term plan of Image Guided Therapy Devices’ System Sales business in the North America Market.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop new business models and improve operational efficiency.
You are responsible for:
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to shape and support the execution of a multi-year strategic plan for System Sales.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and business model development to accelerate growth and margin improvement.
- Managing and measuring commercial performance using standardized tools, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Leading and participating in special projects, cross-functional task-forces, and improvement programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, strategy, or corporate development.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change management efforts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
