The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Ops Executive to join our Revenue Operations Team and support our Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Executives (AEs). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive high-impact projects to improve productivity and influence a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and ways to improve and streamline the sales team’s processes
- Help with prioritization and alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Provide data-driven views into sales pipeline, sales performance, and forecasting
- Improve processes such as rep onboarding, lead handoff between departments, and new product go-to-market
What success looks like:
- Own sales ops processes – Manage all things sales ops including onboarding of new reps, policy alignment to the business, and optimizing our CRM (HubSpot)
- Improve sales team productivity – Provide timely and accurate reporting across email, phone, and CRM activities. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales process
- Reduce sales cycle and increase win rates – Help with strategy, prioritization and alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success as we scale and grow the business
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of sales or sales operations experience with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred), dashboards, and BI tools
- Strong ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and proactively drive clarity and solutions
- Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented with a strong bias for action
- Motivated by process improvement, efficiency optimization, and enablement
- Excited to work in a rapidly evolving GTM environment to meet company growth goals
