Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with operational and analytical tasks
  • Manage CRM data integrity and processes
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
