Join our fast-growing scale-up as a Sales Operations Analyst (f/m/d) and help us improve our sales performance by turning data into actionable insights and tools. You will play a pivotal role in helping to drive our sales strategy and build a high-impact sales organization.
You will become part of a fast-growing revenue organization that is scaling rapidly. You will work closely with our CRO, Head of Sales and Finance team.
What you’ll do
- Own and optimize our sales processes (e.g., contracts, opportunity management, documentation in CRM, quota & commission plans) along the entire sales funnel
- Work with the CRO and sales team to define goals and design KPIs to measure our sales performance
- Define data and analytics requirements with cross-functional stakeholders, implement data pipelines (together with the data team), visualize them in Looker Studio
- Support pipeline planning and forecasting
- Drive the scaling of our CRM (HubSpot) and implement sales tooling end to end (requirements, purchasing, technical setup, onboarding)
- Provide regular reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and drive improvements in sales performance and productivity
Who you are
- You have 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or similar positions
- You have worked with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and lead qualification & scoring solutions (e.g. Clearbit, Madkudu) before
- You have a very good understanding of GTM processes and patterns, as well as enabling technologies
- You are well-versed in defining software requirements and implementing new tools
- You are confident in using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau)
- You speak English fluently
