What You’ll Do
- Own analysis, modeling, and reporting for revenue teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product
- Be the first hire to stand up GTM analytics and RevOps tooling
- Build dashboards and data pipelines in partnership with our Data team
- Define and instrument KPIs that guide go-to-market orgs
- Support RevOps processes (lead routing, territory planning, forecasting, etc)
About You
- You’re a systems thinker who can translate real-world problems into data questions
- You love to learn, and consider yourself a quick study
- You thrive in proactively discovering and answering unasked questions
- You’re a clear communicator who leaves things better than they found them
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and want to understand how GTM teams operate
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Revenue/Sales/GTM/Business Operations, Analytics, or Strategy role
- Hands-on SQL experience with the ability to own data modeling end-to-end
- Strong understanding of Sales processes and playbooks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc
