Delivery Commercial Operations is responsible for defining and leading the execution of policies, processes, and technology to optimize the end-to-end Lead to Order and Order to Revenue cycles. Within this team, the Sales Operations Lead owns designing and executing organizational effectiveness, sales planning & forecasting, tools & systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence through streamlined planning processes, territory design, people & customer reporting.
- Own, optimize, and administer sales processes and sales tool stack (Salesforce, Clari, Highspot, etc.).
- Maintain and improve metrics and dashboards, drive tailored reporting to key stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Finance.
- Partner across GTM teams in support of process standardization and readiness, and enable data driven decision making.
- Improve forecast accuracy and support GTM leadership in the forecasting process.
- Participate in annual planning including analyzing productivity, sales capacity modeling, and quota setting.
- Support GTM leadership reviews through ad hoc and scheduled business reviews.
- Lead and support cross functional projects centered on revenue growth and team efficiency.
Skill Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, or similar roles in SaaS businesses.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, forecasting, and metrics.
- Ability to effectively consolidate data into an actionable narrative for stakeholders.
- SQL, Salesforce, BI, and Excel experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable and durable capabilities that support a growing sales organization.
- Relationship builder, works well leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
- Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture and prioritize.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
