About the Team:
The mission of the Sales & Commercial Operations (“SCO”) team is to lead end-to-end operations to support a rapidly scaling, multi-product GTM motion. We believe in staying close to the customer and drive excellence in GTM execution by developing innovative solutions rooted in operational excellence. We aim to decrease complexity, fuel growth through operational scale and innovation, and ease the buying and selling journey by reducing friction. We work with Revenue Leadership to create strategy and deliver growth by enabling productivity and removing bottlenecks. We sit within the centralized Business Operations & Strategy org and work cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to develop insights and strategies to drive growth. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic operator to join our team and support the strategy and operations of our Delivery GTM engine. This is a key role reporting to the Sales Operations Leader for the Delivery business and will partner with our Delivery Commercial Leaders to accelerate growth.
About the Role:
- Partner with Sales, Account Management and Marketing peers in the Delivery Commercial team to identify growth and productivity opportunities, drive business planning and forecasting processes, and develop initiatives to improve execution
- Support strategic decision-making with effective modeling and analysis and identifying key metrics and performance indicators to surface actionable insights
- Define GTM goals in partnership with sales and marketing stakeholders and develop KPIs that measure performance against the targets
- Partner with other teams in SCO and across functions (Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing) to streamline and optimize GTM processes
- Drive the annual and quarterly planning process in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders; ensure headcount, segmentation, territory, quota and compensation plans support our growth goals

- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally
- You are passionate about solving operational problems at scale and continually evolving business processes to enable growth
- You are curious and proactive in understanding the systems and processes that support GTM execution and thinking through ways to streamline and enhance them
- You are proficient in modeling and can conduct deep analyses leveraging tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, management consulting, or other analytical roles
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment within cross-functional teams through clear verbal and written communication
- Enthusiastic, self-directed, and able to drive alignment and execution across teams at scale
