About the Role

The Sales Operations Lead, Delivery & Commercial Operations is a key member of the Business Operations team. This person will work cross-functionally to support Commercial and Delivery teams as part of their day-to-day Go-To-Market (GTM) motions. You will be a strong business partner who will help align strategic goals with current and future operational goals. You will report into the GTM Operations team, which sits at the center of our Sales Systems, Sales Strategy, and Enablement organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports day-to-day operations of our Delivery and Customer Success teams, enabling them to effectively execute their GTM strategy
  • Project manages operational projects to scale our workflows and tools (includes project scoping, timeline development and adherence, and stakeholder management)
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration and execution to successfully deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to internal teams
  • Engages closely with systems admins / systems partners to implement new Salesforce functionality and maintain operational excellence
  • Reviews incoming enhancement requests, bugs, questions, and ad-hoc asks to determine impact, priority, and solutions (as needed)
  • Conducts user research to identify needs and bottlenecks in current workflows
  • Documents the business process and requirements (e.g., process flows, current & future state workflows, SOPs, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or BizOps role, ideally within a high growth SaaS organization with experience supporting onboarding and customer delivery teams
  • Experience working with or in close partnership with Salesforce Systems team / developers to implement systems improvements from requirements to go-live
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Must be a self-starter and highly organized, able to pivot effectively between tasks, develop and adhere to project timelines, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met
  • Excellent communication & presentation building skills, comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Gong, Clari, and similar tools a plus
