We’re looking for someone to help streamline and optimize our GTM tech stack and operations across the North American sales and growth teams, working closely with our Salesforce developers, GTM leaders, and Dealhub teams to build solutions that scale the business.
Your job will be to own the relationship between the GTM team (sales, SDRs, marketing, success) and the Salesforce team. That means understanding the needs and processes of the sales/growth teams, figuring out how to improve or automate them, and identifying the best technical solutions — built in-house or using third-party apps — to map and implement them accordingly.
What you’ll do:
- Primarily, this role will connect the GTM teams with the Salesforce engineering team and broader GTM systems (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Navattic, Mutiny, Ads platforms, etc.)
- Work with Biz Ops, Sales Strategy, and GTM leadership to design efficient business processes and translate them into systems and automations where needed
- Can work hands-on within CRM and related systems (like Zapier, Segment, and GTM tools) to build prototypes and POCs without the need for core developer support
- Create documentation and internal tools to improve education and onboarding to GTM tools for various teams
- Design low- or no-code automations to accelerate GTM processes
- Create dashboards to monitor critical business metrics and map insights back to action plans
What you bring:
- You’ve got experience working in/around sales teams and understand the sales process and CRM usage deeply
- You’re highly technically capable, able to report a bug to a Salesforce engineer using precise reproduction steps and ideas for fixing, or write a Zapier bot from scratch — but don’t necessarily consider yourself only an engineer, you’re more drawn to the workflow and business process design and optimization side
- You understand GTM-systems scale and tradeoffs within a rapidly growing org
- You are comfortable jumping into a complex ecosystem of workflows, integrations, and context and turning chaos into clear workflows and documentation for others
- You work well with stakeholders including executives, end-users, and engineers
- You’re a proactive planner and communicator, able to balance competing priorities and help others manage and prioritize based on impact
