Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define, track, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and strategy with detailed data analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
