Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our sales processes and systems. You’ll work closely with our CRO and GTM teams to drive operational efficiencies, analyze data for enhanced decision-making, and support overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack – including CRM, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms to drive improved reporting and decision making
  • Establish and maintain processes that align with the full sales funnel from lead to close
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to support go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of sales data through audits, validation rules, and best practices
  • Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders that deliver actionable sales insights

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field supporting SaaS GTM teams
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools like Gong, Clari, and Outreach
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards
