As a Sales Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our sales processes and systems. You’ll work closely with our CRO and GTM teams to drive operational efficiencies, analyze data for enhanced decision-making, and support overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack – including CRM, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms to drive improved reporting and decision making
- Establish and maintain processes that align with the full sales funnel from lead to close
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to support go-to-market strategies
- Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of sales data through audits, validation rules, and best practices
- Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders that deliver actionable sales insights
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field supporting SaaS GTM teams
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools like Gong, Clari, and Outreach
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards
