Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager to join our high-performing go-to-market team. The Sales Ops Manager will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, strategizing with revenue leaders, driving performance insights, and managing sales operations initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working cross-functionally and utilizing data to make key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align business strategies.
  • Own sales territory design, quota setting, pipeline management, and forecasting process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning and go-to-market strategy with data-driven analysis.
  • Contribute to CRM administration and sales tooling enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data cleanliness, process compliance, and CRM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Understanding of sales methodology, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
