We’re hiring a Sales Operations Manager to help support our sales team’s continued growth. This role will provide day-to-day support to enable our sales teams to succeed while also driving critical strategic initiatives across Revenue from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Revenue team
- Manage tools and systems like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
- Track key revenue metrics and prepare reporting for marketing, sales development, new business sales, and customer success
- Identify areas to improve lead generation, qualification, and routing processes from our Marketing and Partnerships teams across our various channels
- Support quarterly go-to-market planning activities
- Deliver strategic initiatives designed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of work experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, BizOps, or Strategy & Operations
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce
- Demonstrates humility and a strong desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a SaaS company
- Proficiency in tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clari
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Notion, and Slack
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools
