We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. This person will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Product to drive operational efficiency, own forecasting and reporting and improve go-to-market alignment and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Revenue leadership to provide better leverage for generating revenue, including developing forecasts and leading planning processes
- Lead optimization of our CRM (HubSpot) through improved processes, dashboards, workflows and data cleanliness
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments to improve the customer experience, drive business processes and meet company goals
- Report on KPIs across Customer-Facing teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Support), surfacing insights and opportunities
- Enable Sales team by improving GTM technology, providing reliable data, and documenting processes
- Understand and document the end-to-end lead-to-customer journey
- Own new user onboarding + ongoing process documentation for our Sales tech stack
- Be a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Product
This Role Is For You If
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sales/Revenue Operations
- Expert in CRM operations (we use HubSpot)
- Experience supporting GTM teams and understanding a lead-to-revenue process
- You love a well-defined process and are willing to build them when they don’t exist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
