Sales Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing GTM team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the performance of the sales team as we scale beyond $50M ARR.

This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to define and measure key business metrics (pipeline, productivity, revenue)
  • Lead the regular forecasting process and ensure the accuracy of data in our CRM
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and create dashboards to support planning & decision making
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing and CS teams on cross-functional analytics projects
  • Evaluate and implement tooling to support sales workflows & automation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in sales/revenue operations, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills; you know how to leverage data to answer questions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, GTM metrics, and the SaaS revenue funnel
  • Clear communication and project management skills
