Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders
- Administer and optimize our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and support sales activities
- Manage lead routing, territory assignments, and quota planning to improve team efficiency and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
- Support the sales forecasting process by analyzing data trends, pipeline status, and conversion metrics
- Identify and implement operational improvements to drive scalability and effectiveness of our sales efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role within a growth-stage startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and process improvement
