Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing all sales processes, in order to drive higher efficiencies and performance, across global sales teams, located in Israel, the US, and the UK.

You will be the glue that connects sales with all other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Sales (and dotted line to the RevOps Director).

What you will do

  • Lead and drive the rhythm of planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and business performance reviews
  • Manage and improve current processes (sales forecasting, territory assignment, commissions & compensation, and overall sales productivity)
  • Drive daily cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance
  • Be the go-to person for improving current workflows in Salesforce, Clari, and all relevant tools
  • Collaborate with BDR Managers to improve lead distribution mechanisms as well as other top-of-funnel initiatives
  • Align on a shared Sales KPIs dashboard and design GTM reports analytics for senior management, using Looker and Tableau

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations roles
  • Proven experience independently owning and driving strategic sales operations initiatives
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com (dashboards, reports, workflow)
  • Proficient in GTM analytics tools such as Clari, Gong, Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Data-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced and high-growth SaaS startup environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Level-headed executor that can operate in complex or ambiguous environments
  • Strong bias towards collaboration and ownership
