Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing GTM Operations team and help design, build, and improve the systems we use to run our Revenue organization.

You should be passionate about data, processes, and systems and enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to continuously improve end-to-end Revenue Operations including Territory Planning, Compensation Planning, Tech Stack Optimization, and Forecasting
  • Design, implement, and manage KPIs and dashboards for sales leadership
  • Proactively analyze data to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Partner with the go-to-market leadership team on business planning and strategy
  • Design and monitor commission plans and policies
  • Partner with the Marketing operations team to provide funnel insights to improve performance
  • Be a leader in Sales tech stack; identify gaps and optimize intake and tooling request processes
  • Collaborate on the yearly planning and budgeting process

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of operations experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS org
  • You’re passionate about forecasting and have deep, hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Previous experience administering sales tech stack is preferred, including tools such as Clari, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You’re proficient with Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker—SQL is a plus
  • You’re an excellent communicator who thrives in environments with diverse teams, talents, and ideas
