As a key member of our GTM team, the Sales Operations Manager will help guide the development, deployment and improvement of scalable processes to support our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize key GTM processes (e.g. forecasting, pipeline reviews, data cleansing, account allocation/planning)
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams to implement systems and process improvements that drive productivity and accelerate revenue growth
- Support key planning processes (e.g. annual planning, monthly forecasting, business reviews) through data analysis and modeling
- Help monitor and administer Salesforce and other sales-related tools
- Develop dashboards and reporting to drive accountability and efficiency within the revenue teams
- Participate in and lead strategic initiatives and drive process standardization and improvement across the GTM organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Operations role at a high growth SaaS company
- Deep expertise with SFDC, preferably with experience administering or with ability to partner closely with an admin. CPQ & other tools experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Self-starter and self-directed: strong ability to operate independently and still collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams (marketing, finance, customer success)
