We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to help optimize our sales processes and drive operational excellence across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales performance metrics and dashboards
- Manage CRM and sales tools to ensure data integrity and usability
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy
- Support sales planning, territory alignment, and quota setting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years in a sales operations role
- Expertise in Salesforce and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
