We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our growing GTM team.
In this role, you will work directly with Sales Leadership and revenue-adjacent teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, etc). You will play a key role in optimizing our sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and influencing the future trajectory of our growth strategy.
What you will do:
- Identify inefficiencies in our sales efforts and act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement for the GTM team
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership on sales process design, goal setting, performance forecasting, ongoing analysis of sales performance and outreach effectiveness
- Leverage insights to make recommendations and drive process improvements to optimize the lead funnel and improve conversion rates across the GTM organization
- Partner with our GTM Systems & Tools Manager to scale the impact of our GTM team and reduce noise, i.e. high-impact enablement, improved forecasting, reporting, and lead management
- Help evaluate pipeline and productivity metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
What you bring:
- 5+ years experience in sales/revenue operations, preferably at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience in supporting GTM teams and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Genuine curiosity to understand how things work and ability to use data to drive insights and recommendations
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, and ability to pivot and execute in an evolving environment
- Proficient in Salesforce, BI Tools, Excel/GSheets
