We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help build, measure, optimize and scale our go-to-market programs to drive accelerated revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead operational foundation for a fast-scaling GTM team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the process, operational execution and systems that support our GTM strategy
- Quantify and track key performance indicators across the GTM team
- Ensure goal alignment through strategic planning processes (OKRs, forecast, etc)
- Work cross-functionally across sales, customer success and marketing to drive process improvement and automation
- Build and govern end-to-end workflows assigned with technology implementation: CRM (Hubspot), Outreach.io, Docusign, etc.
- Business partnering with Revenue leadership to pull and analyze key data and drive insights
Qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related analytical role
- Experience with GTM tools and systems such as Hubspot, Outreach.io, Docusign, Gong or equivalent
- Track record of working closely with Sales and/or Customer Success leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets – SQL is a nice-to-have
- Strong excel and modeling skills – bent towards decision-making based on data
- Excellent communication skills
