As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. You would be working directly with the Affiliate owner, acting as the COO for the franchise.

Position Overview:

The Sales & Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Image One Facility Solutions franchise. This position requires a strong background in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Sales and Business Development: Attend sales calls with potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements and provide tailored solutions. Provide accurate estimates and proposals based on client needs and budget constraints. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities
• Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including scheduling, routing, and supervision of cleaning staff. Ensure that all client contracts are fulfilled in accordance with agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
• Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train cleaning staff to ensure they deliver the highest standards of service quality and professionalism. Develop and implement training programs to equip staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage the budget for the franchise, including tracking expenses, invoicing clients, and ensuring profitability. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with prior experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $40,000.51 – $55,000.00 per year
