Sales Operations Project Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager who will oversee and manage critical operational projects in support of our sales and GTM teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve team efficiency with the goal of helping the sales team close more deals faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of priority cross-functional projects for the Sales Operations team
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders to define goals, set priorities, and manage project timelines
  • Continuously monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
  • Ensure key stakeholders remain informed of progress and changes to project plans
  • Support standardization and scale of Sales tech stack, processes and systems
  • Contribute to process improvement and best practice development and implementation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, including managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations teams
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Experience in CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or Gong is a plus
  • Project Management Certifications are a plus (e.g. PMP)
