We are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager who will oversee and manage critical operational projects in support of our sales and GTM teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve team efficiency with the goal of helping the sales team close more deals faster.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of priority cross-functional projects for the Sales Operations team
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to define goals, set priorities, and manage project timelines
- Continuously monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure key stakeholders remain informed of progress and changes to project plans
- Support standardization and scale of Sales tech stack, processes and systems
- Contribute to process improvement and best practice development and implementation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience, including managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations teams
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Experience in CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or Gong is a plus
- Project Management Certifications are a plus (e.g. PMP)
