We are looking for a Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic organization and support the DealHub Sales and GTM teams through analytics and data storytelling.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Hubspot to support sales pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Oversee the administration of CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, user training, and workflow optimization.
- Provide actionable insights through deep-dive analyses on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain scalable reporting processes and systems to meet growing business needs.
- Document methodologies, data definitions, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.
- Maintain CRM data and enforce best practices for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the definition and implementation of sales metrics and KPIs that align with organizational goals.
- Collect feedback from sales and GTM teams to continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or business intelligence in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, etc.)
- SQL skills and an understanding of relational databases.
- Experience in managing or supporting RevOps efforts.
