Sales Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing global Rev Ops team. In this role, you’ll help support the DealHub sales team, working with account executives, sales leadership, and team members. You’ll own and iterate on our sales systems, workflows, reporting, campaign operations, and territory and quota management processes. If you love developing simple solutions to complex problems and guiding cross-functional stakeholders toward the right outcomes, then we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Continuously optimize sales productivity by identifying and enhancing key sales processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain operational systems, including Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign and lifecycle processes across the GTM funnel.
  • Improve sales forecasting strategy, forecast accuracy, and sales planning and compensation efforts.
  • Maintain health and usability of all sales data and tools.
  • Ensure excellent internal onboarding, documentation, and enablement for sales processes.
  • Manage team projects to completion from strategic concept through tactical execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, a similar Revenue Operations role, or consulting position with B2B SaaS company.
  • Expertise using and administering Salesforce with strong understanding of sales workflows and reporting.
  • Track record managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and solving challenging operational problems with reliable, scalable processes.
  • Strong Excel / Sheets skills: working with complex formulas, large data sets, and visualizations.
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc. a plus.
