We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing sales organization. The ideal candidate will help streamline processes, analyze performance metrics, and optimize tools and systems to improve sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and generate insights to guide strategic decisions
- Assist with CRM administration and workflow improvements
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular dashboards
- Support lead routing, territory planning, and quota setting
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years in sales operations or related role
- Proficient with Salesforce and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus
