About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by streamlining and optimizing our sales processes. You will be responsible for implementing and managing tools, analyzing data, and creating reports to ensure our sales strategy is executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales leadership by providing insights and recommendations through data analytics
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for tracking opportunities and performance
- Work cross-functionally to streamline sales workflows and improve efficiency
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales meetings and training
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, proficient with Excel and/or data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
