Sales Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales team and streamline critical processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve end-to-end sales process workflows in HubSpot CRM
  • Manage forecasting and reporting within HubSpot and Looker
  • Administer sales tooling, onboarding, and enforcement of our Sales operating rhythm
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize handoffs, reduce friction and ensure accurate tracking of metrics
  • Partner with Finance on deal desk workflows and approvals
  • Enforce lead management process and partner with Marketing to optimize conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience supporting a quota-carrying team
  • HubSpot CRM or Salesforce experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Data- and process-oriented

Nice to Have:

  • Startup or high growth SaaS experience
  • Looker or comparable BI Tool experience
  • Contract lifecycle tools like Ironclad, CPQ tools, or lead routing automation
