We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales team and streamline critical processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve end-to-end sales process workflows in HubSpot CRM
- Manage forecasting and reporting within HubSpot and Looker
- Administer sales tooling, onboarding, and enforcement of our Sales operating rhythm
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize handoffs, reduce friction and ensure accurate tracking of metrics
- Partner with Finance on deal desk workflows and approvals
- Enforce lead management process and partner with Marketing to optimize conversion rates
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience supporting a quota-carrying team
- HubSpot CRM or Salesforce experience
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally
- Data- and process-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Startup or high growth SaaS experience
- Looker or comparable BI Tool experience
- Contract lifecycle tools like Ironclad, CPQ tools, or lead routing automation
