Sales Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth execution of our internal sales processes, as well as driving data integrity and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and reporting
  • Assist with implementation of process improvements
  • Train and support other departments on sales tools and practices

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in a sales operations or similar role
  • Strong Excel and CRM system skills (preferably Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with sales enablement tools
