We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth execution of our internal sales processes, as well as driving data integrity and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and reporting
- Assist with implementation of process improvements
- Train and support other departments on sales tools and practices
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in a sales operations or similar role
- Strong Excel and CRM system skills (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with sales enablement tools
