We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to join our growing team and own and refine sales strategy, operations, and analytics to directly impact revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work alongside sales and marketing leadership to optimize territory planning, quota setting & attainment, and incentive structures
- Create efficient and scalable sales processes, including optimizing our CRM systems and tooling (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- Drive accurate CRM forecasting and reporting for leadership visibility
- Run a cadence of metrics and reporting to surface performance trends
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives such as pricing, packaging, segmentation, and GTM expansion
- Work with Finance and executive leadership on annual planning and growth modeling
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For:
- 3-6+ years experience working in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Management Consulting, or other analytical-forward roles
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales models
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Hubspot), revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Clari), and general GTM tooling
- Excellent Excel / Sheets and data/analytics skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance organizations
