The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to join our growing GTM team. This role requires analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a growth mindset. You will build a strong analytical foundation for daily decision-making and long-term scaling. Your insights, leadership, and execution will have a significant impact on Gynger’s trajectory.

  • Design key performance metrics, evaluate pipeline health and inform forecasting across the sales motion
  • Build and optimize systems and tooling used by sales & GTM teams including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, and other tools
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate dashboards, reports, and KPIs for sales and GTM performance
  • Own sales planning including territory design, quota setting, performance tracking, and compensation modeling
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to define goals & KPIs, run analyses, and make recommendations on opportunities
  • Generate insights to accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion, and shape GTM strategy

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical role at a high-growth software company or startup
  • 2+ years experience supporting an enterprise sales motion
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant RevOps tools and reporting platforms
  • Proven ability to design and scale business processes, tooling, and operating cadences
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate high-level business objectives into analysis and insights
  • Hustle and a growth mindset — you’re willing to dive in and do whatever it takes to build something great

  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Looker
