As a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead, you will be supporting the Sales leadership team in your day-to-day operations, helping to drive strategic initiatives and workflows, and supporting our Sales Org in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
This role is for you if…
- You have 5+ Years experience in Sales Strategy / Sales Operations / Business Operations at a high-growth software company or management consulting or investment banking.
- You test everything and believe in metrics-driven decision making
- You are experienced in analyzing and manipulating data to drive insights and decision-making
- You are an expert in Salesforce and Excel (Tableau a plus)
- You are exceptionally detail oriented
- You’re curious and not afraid to ask questions
- You enjoy working collaboratively with various key stakeholders across the business (sales, cs, finance, product & eng)
- You’re self-motivated and excited to jump on a fast-moving train
What you’ll do…
- Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth and sales productivity
- Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify strategic initiatives and drive implementation
- Define business metrics, synthesize trends, and create dashboards to enable strategic decision-making
- Own forecasting and planning across the Sales org
- Drive strategic and operational projects and own the roadmap to execution across the GTM teams
