Sales Operations & Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to join our high-growth GTM team. This role will own strategic and operational initiatives to improve GTM performance and drive revenue acceleration by bringing data-driven decision-making and process rigor. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to drive impact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Partner with Sales and cross-functional leadership to develop organizational strategy and define key initiatives to improve acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and scalability. Collaborate with the sales team to implement and document process enhancements.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Build reports and dashboards that track and analyze key performance metrics; help Sales and Executive Leadership understand and optimize pipeline generation, rep productivity, forecasting cadence, and conversion rates across funnel stages.
  • Sales Tooling: Own administration and ongoing optimization of GTM tool stack, primarily Salesforce and Outreach; evaluate and recommend new technology to drive scale and greater efficiency.
  • Territory Planning: Create frameworks for evaluating territories and quota-setting strategies with Sales Leadership.
  • Operational Cadence: Support execution of QBRs, recurring team meetings, and strategic planning processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or business operations (Sales or Revenue Operations preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make insights actionable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels across the organization
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce and Outreach a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a drive to learn and improve continuously
