About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy, optimizing sales processes, and enabling revenue growth. This role collaborates with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to align strategies and execute on growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to define and refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Own forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Implement tools and systems to automate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize the buyer journey.
  • Support annual planning processes, including headcount, budgeting, and KPIs.
  • Drive deal desk operations and enforce pricing, discounting, and approval processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Strategy roles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations preferred.
